What are the beliefs of the Christian Doctrine of New Grace Church?
God - We believe that God, who is one, is revealed in three distinct persons. God is the creator of all. God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.
Jesus - We believe in the mystery of salvation through Jesus Christ. God became human in Jesus of Nazareth, and his life, death, and resurrection demonstrate God's redeeming love.
The Holy Spirit - We believe the Holy Spirit is God's present activity in our midst. When we sense God's leadership, challenge, support, or comfort, it is the Holy Spirit at work.
Human Beings - We Believe Genesis 1:27 asserts that we have been made in the image of the Creator. Like God, we can love and care, communicate, and create.
The Church - We believe the church is the body of Christ, an extension of Christ’s life and ministry in the world today.
The Bible—We believe that the Bible is the primary authority for our faith and practice. We affirm its inerrancy and infallibility, which reveal God's immutable nature. God speaks to us through the Bible, which contains everything necessary for salvation. We hold that God inspired the writers of the Bible and that they were filled with God's Spirit as they wrote the truth to the best of their knowledge.
God’s Reign—We believe God's kingdom or reign is both a present reality and a future hope.
